Account and registration

No. One account per person is allowed on dares. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person (same email, phone, ID, or payment method), we will suspend all linked accounts and forfeit any balance. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account preferences, evade bonus terms, or bypass account suspension violates our terms. If you need to recover access to an existing account, contact support with your registered email and mobile number.

Payments and transactions

If a deposit fails, your balance is not deducted and the transaction is reversed to your payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank account) within 1–3 business days. Check your dares transaction history to see the failed transaction status. If a withdrawal fails (e.g., your bank rejects the transfer), the funds are returned to your dares account balance within 24 hours. Contact support with your transaction ID if a failed transaction is not reversed after the stated window. Do not attempt the same transaction twice.

dares does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (e.g., e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) may apply transaction fees or maintain account minimums. These fees are set by your payment provider, not dares, and will be deducted from your transfer by that provider. Check your payment provider's fee schedule before you initiate a transaction. Any fee disputes should be directed to your payment provider's customer service.

Game rules and offers

New accounts on dares may qualify for a welcome offer from time to time. The offer varies by region and date.
